About Our Keys
All of our Account / Voucher / Code are genuine, licensed from authorized manufacturers. Each one is unique and unused except “Shared Licenses” (One license can be shared and used with multiple users), this will be informed in the product description.
If you want to cancel an order, you can do when our team has not entered your transaction into the process stage (Does not apply to pre-orders). We will refund your payment to your account balance.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our product, once the digital item has been shipped, we cannot issue a refund.
Pre-orders: Refunds are only processed on the day following release date of the game. An administration fee may apply unless the refund is taken as Store Credit.
We hope our customers can understand that when a digital item has been shipped, it can be activated online and therefore we cannot accept a return as it is not possible for us to resell that item.
If in the unexpected situation you receive a key that doesn’t activate your software/game, just create a ticket in our Support Center and we will check the key for you. In some cases, the key that doesn’t allow you to activate your software/games will be a mistake in submission. For example, spelling errors in the key. So please write it to us, and we’ll check the key again and resend it.
Shipping the Account / Voucher / Code is totally free because it is sent digitally via email.
The delivery of physical products will be adjusted to the delivery destination and the total weight of the product, and charges are billed to the invoice.
